STEP 1: Locate Items

Enter the product link into the Joyagoo search bar. You can also search using keywords or images and choose results from platforms like Taobao, Tmall, or 1688.

Useful notes:

• Joyagoo supports multiple sources including Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.

• If direct search doesn’t work (for example on Yupoo, WeChat, or Xianyu), you can use the “DIY Orders” option to manually submit product details and complete your purchase.

STEP 2: Place Your Order

Select the desired color, size, and quantity, then add the item to your cart or proceed to checkout.

STEP 3: Make Payment

Pay for the order using your preferred payment method, covering both the item price and domestic shipping within China.

Note: Payments are transferred to the seller. Returns or exchanges are handled between buyer and seller, while Joyagoo may assist as a communication intermediary if needed.

STEP 4: Processing Stage (“Processing” → “Purchased”)

After submitting your order, its status will show as “Processing.” Joyagoo agents will purchase the item for you. Once completed, the status changes to “Purchased,” and you can request updates anytime.

STEP 5: Seller Shipment (“Shipped by Seller”)

Once the seller dispatches the item, the status becomes “Shipped by Seller.” Delivery to the Joyagoo warehouse usually takes a few days, though delays may occur. Support staff can help follow up if needed.

STEP 6: Warehouse Arrival & QC (“Arrived” → “QC Completed”)

When the item reaches the warehouse, Joyagoo conducts a quality check and uploads QC photos to your order page for review.

• You have 5 days after QC to request a return or exchange

• After this period, eligibility depends on the seller’s return policy

STEP 7: Free Storage Period (“Stored”)

Items can be stored in the warehouse free of charge for up to 90 days. If needed, extended storage can be arranged through the warehouse system for a small fee.

STEP 8: Create Your Parcel & Ship Internationally

When ready, select your items, enter your shipping details, choose a shipping method, and pay for international shipping.

• Submit Parcel: Pay an estimated shipping fee first; final charges are adjusted after packing

• Rehearsal Shipping: Pay a 20 CNY fee for pre-packing and a more accurate shipping estimate

Tips:

• Some products may have shipping restrictions, which are automatically flagged

• Optional services like reinforced packaging, repacking, and insurance can be added before shipping

STEP 9: Coupons & Final Shipping Payment

Apply available coupons to reduce shipping costs (only one coupon per order).

• Shipping fees depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier

• Final costs may be adjusted after packing, with differences refunded or charged accordingly

STEP 10: Track Your Parcel

Use the tracking section in your account to monitor shipment progress.

Important:

• International shipping may experience delays, customs inspections, taxes, or rare risks such as loss or damage

• Joyagoo does not control logistics or customs but provides support when issues arise

• Insurance options are available for added protection

STEP 11: Receive & Review

After receiving your order, you can leave feedback or click “Claim Reward” on the product or parcel page if rewards are available.
